Dear Parents,                              

We hope you enjoyed a wonderful weekend.  It is hard to believe it, but this is the last week of January… and that means February is only a week away!

Enrollment – We are currently enrolling students for the fall 2016-17 school year.  We sent home enrollment packets in your folder last week.   All of our current families are receiving priority enrollment before we open up enrollment to the community. So that you may take advantage of this time, it is important that you return your enrollment paperwork to us by February 12^th before Open Enrollment begins on February 16^th.

Referrals– We would like to give a great big THANK-YOU to our wonderful families that have been spreading the word about Word of Life Academy. If you know of any families that are interested in enrolling, please let us know. Spots will fill up fast and this is the perfect time to tour the school.

Conference Day ~ We want to remind you that Spring conference days are Thursday, February 11^th and Friday, February 12^th.  Sign-up sheets for each class will be at the front desk next week and online at sign-up genius, so you may sign up for a time to meet with your child’s teacher to discuss his/her progress, growth, and accomplishments!

Conference Camp Day ~ The school will be closed on Thursday, February 11^th and Friday, February 12^th due to parent-teacher conferences. If you are interested in a camp day on those days, we will be offering a fun filled Dr. Seuss celebration for any kiddos that would love to come play!  Sign up sheets will be coming home in today’s folder.

Calendar Alert ~ Valentine’s Day Parties are coming up as well! Due to conferences being scheduled on Thursday and Friday, your children will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with their classes on either Tuesday, February 9^th or Wednesday, February 10^th depending on which day your child attends school.  Please refer to your kiddo’s teacher letter for instructions on what to bring for their classroom celebration.  Teachers will have sign-up sheets located at the front desk as early as next week.
